The common areas are completely furnished and includes all household appliances. I also have some extra furniture such as dressers and a bed that I keep in the rooms and you may use. Housekeeping service cleans commons bi-monthly. I have lived in the house for 4 years and take very good care of it. I am a male veterinary student and my friend who is a male grad student will be moving in. Both of us will be busy with school, but we are also very relaxed. The house is located on 29th street and university, close to UF campus and the law school. A 12 month lease is required.
